This live and in-person online 8 week course for mindful living teaches you the skills and techniques to bring change into your daily life, helping you to understand your mind, attention, thoughts and emotions.

Daily mindfulness practice can re-boot your brain and help you to become more focused, resilient, calm, energised and healthy.

Based on the methodology and principles of the scientifically-proven MBSR and MBCT programmes, the online Mindfulness Now course is delivered with a therapeutic approach, which can be adapted to accommodate different needs. 

 

The course runs on Tuesday evenings at 7.00pm, live and in-person online and includes guided meditations, insightful group discussion, group activities, mindful exercises, deep relaxation and gentle mindful movement. It runs online over 8 weeks for 1.5 - 2 hours per week, plus around 20-30 minutes daily home practice.

  • 8-week online course, 1.5 - 2 hours weekly by Zoom, plus 20 - 30 minutes daily home practice

  • Post-course support with weekly online drop-in group meditation sessions
     

Course Requirements (Online):

  • PC/Laptop/Macbook or Tablet with Zoom access, camera and microphone

  • Stable internet connection

  • A private undisturbed space that is not overlooked or overheard for complete confidentiality

Important Notes:

  • Attendance at the first session is mandatory

  • More than two missed sessions result in inability to rejoin

  • Refund available if the course is deemed unsuitable during a follow-up call
