Day Retreats are a very special way to give yourself some self-care and have a day to yourself for stillness, quiet and nurturing. And they're even more fun with friends!

Arrange your own bespoke Day Retreat at my home studio, The Zen Den, West Meon, Hampshire

For up to six guests (eight if you know each other well!), you can design a day especially for you, according to your needs or desires. Whether you need a day of pure relaxation, sound healing, forest bathing or whether you would like a bespoke workshop to address specific issues such as menopause, self-love, self-esteem, emotional resilience or if you would like a day of silence, being led in meditation, mindful movement, journaling and reflection.

The Bespoke Day Retreats are hosted in my beautiful home studio, the Zen Den, in the South Down's National Park, where we take full advantage of the natural surroundings (weather permitting).

2 or 3 day weekend or weekday retreats can be arranged with accommodation at The Thomas Lord Pub across the road. Get in contact to discuss your requirements.
