About the event
Book a place for Meditation & Sound Healing Evening on Thursday evenings at 7.30pm to experience the powerful healing effects of Sound Healing.
Enjoy a 1.5 hr class to release emotions, tension and stress and reset the nervous system with a Guided Meditation and Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath.
Herbal tea served after the session. There are limited spaces available - 4 x comfortable floor cushions and 3 x comfortable arm chairs - blankets, cushions and bolsters provided.
